The Problem is, children, young adults, and adults sitting at their computer and not exercising. Games and websites have been adapted to connect with the modern computer user.  The average teenager spends about 31 hours a week online. That means they would spend an average of 4.4 hours a day on their computer. Some of that may be for homework but, students don't normally have 4.5 hours of homework that can be done online. Computers aren't the only problem. TV's are also a huge contributor. The average teen spends 20 hours a week watching TV. That means that teens are having an average of 7.2 hours a day of screen time. This seems like a lot but, people wake up and watch TV during their morning routine.
